Considering there exist a large mount of researches and applications except object detection and recognition, so we provide a general-purpose video database containing both nearly registering infrared and visible videos for the same real scenes. The videos are captured by IRay DTC300 which is designed for human temperature screening. Inside the DTC300, there have one 384*288 infrared camera and one 720P visible camera. But we set the visible camera resolution as 698*524 when we captured these videos for the consideration of bitstream size. This database is suitable for conducting researches such as infrared/visible registration, infrared/visible fusion, infrared/visible depth estimation, and object detection/tracking, etc.

This is our first phase to publish this general-purpose dual-sensor database. In the future, on the one hand, more 384*288 and 698*524 video pairs will be uploaded; on the other hand, videos in various resolutions taken by different devices will also be uploaded. Sincerely hope more attention could be paid on our database and IRay. Thank you!
